Spinach Feta Chicken Burgers

MACROS: 65cals, 4g fat, 1g net carbs, 5g protein

Organic Ingredients

2lb extra lean ground chicken

2 cups baby spinach, finely chopped

2 green onions, sliced (green & white part)

1/4 cup red onion, minced

4 lg garlic cloves, minced

3 pieces of thick cut bacon, precooked, and finely chopped

1/4-1/3 cup crumbled feta

1 lg egg

1/3 cup smashed pork rinds (for binder)


Add all ingredients to a stand mixer or large bowl, and mix well. Press 1/3 cup of the mixture into patties, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and then grill on high on a well-oiled BBQ or in a cast iron pan for 4 minutes, flip, and grill for another 2-3 until cooked through. Serve your burgs as desired, but always add avocado! Makes 12 patties.
