Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner

Organic Ingredients

8-10 chicken thighs, boneless & skinless

15-20 lg brussel sprouts, halved

1 lg red onion, sliced wide

1 lb fresh freen beans

2 med red beets

10-12 fingerling potatoes

2 tbsp oil (I used olive oil)

5 lg garlic cloves, minced

Real Salt & black pepper

Ranch Seasoning (I use Flavor God's)



Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange everything on the sheet pans as pictured here- make sure you spread out all the green beans on the bottom of one pan, and put the potatoes and beets on top of them. Season everything with S&P. Drizzle with olive oil. Spread the minced garlic over the brussels and chicken. Sprinkle chicken with the ranch seasoning, and very lightly drizzle with honey. Bake for 40-45 minutes!
