MACROS: (protein powder and 25g raspberries included) 430cals, 38g protein, 26g fat, 4 net carbs

Organic Ingredients


1/2 cup milk of choice; I use Silk Unsweetened Coconut or Cashew Milk

1 scoop protein powder of choice; I use Mutant Vanilla

(can also sub 1 tbsp coconut flour or 2 tbsp almond flour, if adding protein  isn't your thing...do you even lift, tho?)

2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut

2 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

Pinch of Real Salt

Optional:

Sweetener- if using either of the flours, opposed to protein pwoder, I opt for a few drops of vanilla Lakanto Monkfruit

Toppings of choice- I add a handful of berries, chopped nuts, or assorted seeds right before serving


Directions


In a mason jar or bowl, combine all ingredients, and shake really well. Microwave for 1 minute, add any additional toppings, and stir.


Side tip: Prep a bunch of jars all at once, leaving out the liquids. Grab one on the way out the door, add milk and sweetener and toppings, and you've got a super easy and delicious breakfast on the go!
