Low Carb (Pizza)Dough

Organic Ingredients


2 tbsp cream cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

1 egg

3/4 cup almond flour (or 1/4 cup coconut flour to be even more Keto friendly!)


Optional seasonings:

minced garlic

fresh herbs

parmesan

Or for a pastry style dough, add cinnamon and a keto-friendly sweetener, and turn it into a dessert!


Directions


In a large microwavable bowl, melt the mozza and cream cheese together in 45 second intervals, stirring in between, and stopping once it's well combined, melted, and hot. Add in egg, flour, and garlic, (or whatever spices, herbs, seasonings you desire) and mix well. With damp hands, thinly press the dough out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Poke holes all over with a fork, and bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Check half way through, and poke away any forming air bubbles. If making into a pizza, (I like to flip my crust over and top that side so it doesn't get extra dark while baking it again) and add your favourite sauces, toppings, and cheese, and bake just until golden brown and bubbly!
