Keto Naan Bread

Organic Ingredients

2 tbsp cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 large egg
3 cloves finely minced garlic

2 tbsp minced fresh parsley

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of Real Salt

1/4 cup coconut flour (for nut-free), or 3/4 cup almond flour


Preheat oven to 425°. In a bowl, combine the coconut or almond flour with the garlic powder, turmeric powder, Real Salt and baking powder, and whisk well to combine and eliminate any lumps. In a large microwavable bowl, melt the mozza and cream cheese together in 45 second intervals, stirring in between, and stopping once it's well combined, melted, and hot. Add in the egg and dry ingredients, and mix well. Press the dough out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with another piece of parchment and roll it out quite thin. You can also form into small naan shaped breads, or make one large dough and cut it into smaller pieces after.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. You want it just slightly golden and bubbly. Broil on high for approx 3 minutes, until the tops of the bubbles are nicely browned.
