Kale Chips

Organic Ingredients

1 lg. bunch of kale
1 tbsp. Buttery Coconut Oil
Pinch of Redmond's Real Salt
Dash of fresh cracked black pepper
Additional seasonings (I use a lot of Flavor God's seasonings)


Wash & dry kale. Tear leaves off the stalks in small, bite-sized pieces, and put in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil, S&P, and any additional seasonings you'd like. I really enjoy garlic & lemon seasoning from Flavor God, as well as using smoked paprika and cumin for a Tex Mex style chip. Arrange the kale pieces evenly on a large parchment lined baking sheet, and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. Watch these closely, as there is a very small window between barely baked, and scorched.
