Organic Ingredients

2 lg broccoli crowns
4 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp ghee (or an oil of your choice)
Real Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper

1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan


Cut broccoli into small, bite-sized, pieces. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli with the other ingredients and massage everything together so the broccoli pieces are all perfectly coated. Spread out evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet (the more space between the pieces, the crispier they'll get), and bake at 400° for about 20 minutes. Check on them often, as you want the pieces crispy but not too burnt. Add more parm if you're really crazy, and try not to eat the entire batch- I dare you!

I cannot stress how deliciously addicting this stuff is- the only reason this batch made it off the pan and into a bowl was for a photo!
