Chocolate Chip Keto Balls

Organic Ingredients


8oz cream cheese

1/3 cup Kerrygold salted butter

1/3 cup NowFoods erythritol (sweetener of choice)

3 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (optional, but do it!)

1/4 cup Lily's SF Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Maranatha almond butter 

2 tsp Simply Organic vanilla extract

10 drops SweetLeaf Vanilla Cream Stevia


Directions


Add all ingredients to a stand mixer and cream together. Put batter into a piping bag with an XL tip, and squeeze out little drop cookies onto parchment paper (I got 40 cookies).

Alternatively, you can chill the batter for at least 30 minutes, and then drop by the heaping tbsp onto parchment.


Let set up in your freezer, and then store in an airtight container in your fridge. I actually keep mine in the freezer, so they're more like ice cream treats!
