Organic Ingredients


2 lg broccoli crowns, chopped into small pieces

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

5-6 radishes, chopped

1 1/2 cups purple cabbage, chopped

5-6 bacon slices, chopped

20 raw almonds, rough chopped

1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1 cup shredded cheese


1/2 cup Homemade Mayo

1 tsp Redmond's Real Salt

1 tbsp cracked black pepper

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

2 tbsp erythritol (sweetener of choice)


Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing ingredients to a blender, mix very well, and then taste to adjust seasonings. Pour dressing over the salad, mix well, and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
