Welcome to 5Fit!

Locally owned and operated fitness facility (in person & online)

  • Small group classes (6 person maximum)
  • Focused on strength and weight training
  • Weekly sessions: Legs/Push/Pull/Full Body Friyay (HIIT/cardio based)
  • Pre-selected time slots for each client (some flexibility depending on availability), so there's no need to sign up every day
  • Punch passes available for drop-in classes (if you cannot commit to the same days and times for the duration of the session)
  • Team/sports training/dry land conditioning (off-site)
  • Pop-up sessions & open gym available (drop-in fee)

3 days/week approx. 34 classes: $560
2 days/week approx. 26 classes: $455

1 day/week approx. 12 classes: $215

Personal Training

  • $65/session
  • $600/10 sessions
  • $300/5 sessions
  • Reduced hourly rates for pre-existing clients & class members, as well as online clients
  • Form-check sessions $50/ea

Online Program

  • 5Fit Training app-based
  • Customized programs w/demos
  • Gym or home workouts 
  • Strength/weight training focused
  • $100/month or 3 months for $250
