Pizza Chicken

Organic Ingredients


2 chicken breasts (filleted in half, lengthwise, so you'll end up with 4 pieces)

Flavor God Pizza Seasoning, or other favourite seasoning

Real Salt & black pepper

Crushed chili flakes

1-2 cups marinara (no sugar added)

12-16 slices of pepperoni

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

4-5 crimini mushrooms, thinly sliced

16 slices of red onion

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 tbsp fresh basil, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced


Directions


Place all 4 pieces of chicken in a glass baking dish sprayed with coconut oil. Season with Pizza Seasoning, Real Salt, and black pepper. Spoon marinara sauce on top of each piece, and spread evenly to fully cover the chicken. Add a couple pinches of crushed chili flakes. Layer whatever pizza toppings you love (but my macros are based on the exact recipe above), and then sprinkle with mozzarella, parsley, and basil. Cook at 400 for 25 minutes, and broil for a few more if you want the tops crisp and bubbly.
