Organic Ingredients


1 cup cream cheese

8 lg eggs (could use fewer eggs, but additional egg whites to lessen fat content)

1-2 tbsp cinnamon, or however much you like

Sweet Monk Sweetener, to taste (use code kelseyinmoderation for a discount!)

2/3 cup coconut flour


Directions


Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, except for the eggs and coconut flour. Turn on high, and blend for 30 seconds or until really well incorporated. Crack eggs into a separate bowl. With the blender running on medium high, add the eggs in one by one. When it's well incorporated, add the coconut flour and mix for 30 seconds or so. Let sit for at least 5 minutes. Pour into your oiled (or nonstick) waffle iron, cook, and enjoy! Makes 8 waffles (in my machine), this will likely vary for everyone, but the macros below are based on 8 servings.
