Creamy Loaded Cauliflower
Organic Ingredients
1 lg head of cauliflower, chopped into big pieces
5-6 pieces of crispy bacon, cappocolo, proscuitto or other cured smoked meat (I crisp them up in a pan, and then finely chop)
5 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp grassfed butter
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp dried parsley
Dash of Garlic Lover's Flavor God Seasoning
Directions
Steam cauliflower until fork tender (steaming retains nutrients, while boiling will deplete them). In a large boil, add the butter, cream cheese, and cauliflower. With a potato masher, smash it all up into your desired consistency- I prefer mine a bit chunkier, so it's a rough mash. Stir in the crumbled bacon, parsley, FG seasoning, and green onions. Serve hot! Serves 6.
